Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit as well as a late cancellation or no-show fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your service(s). Please understand that when you no show or cancel your appointment late, I do miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. This is to protect my time and business. Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify me and arrive within the 9-minute grace period. If you pass the grace period, your deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled. Please plan accordingly and respect my time with you personally and my time with clients booked after you. Deposits & Payments: Deposit requirements must be paid through the booking site. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due in cash (exact amount) or via Zelle. Card payments will have a 3.5% processing fee. Age Requirements: Clients must be 18 years or older. A valid ID is required to verify age. Restroom Policy: Because I am currently home-based and out of respect for the homeowners, unfortunately restrooms will NOT be available. Please plan accordingly.
